The world is full of people, characters, and perceptions. Everyone would like to meet and communicate only with those people who suit their nature best. But alas, that's impossible. We can pick our friends in a way that satisfies us. But at work and in social situations, we will face less pleasant characters and relationships. The question is - how exactly do we deal with them without allowing conflict situations? How can we grow despite them?  

The only way to deal with people different from us is by getting to know them and analyzing them. Thomas Erikson classifies society into four main personality types. Each person falls into one of these types according to their behavior, thinking, and body language. We can find common ground and opposites by getting to know ourselves and the others around us. Understanding and accepting them to carry out our projects, ideas, and harmony in relationships is important. After all, we are largely dependent on the environment. No one can exist alone in a world built on social connections and communication.
